We offer several team building programs to support a healthy work environment.

The Personality Spectrum Program (PSP)

This program starts by participants completing the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™, a simple test designed to identify each individual’s dominant personality traits. Our founder, who is certified in the analysis of these tests for coaching sessions and business development, will use the results to discuss workplace dynamic and human resource initiatives. Sessions are available in several different time lengths to best accommodate your needs – 1.5 hours, 2.5 hours or 4 hours. Prices begin at $1000 plus $200 per participant.

Selling with Personality

This program works for your entire company. Participants are given insight into how to sell and communicate with different personality types. It is a fun, interactive exercise that is perfect for large groups. The program is offered in several time lengths – 1.5 or 2.5 hours. Prices begin at $1000. There is no additional per person charge for this program.
